STOP PRESS! Tuddenham Mill to host our next Chef East supporters’ lunch in the New Year….
Chef East was created in August 2019 by a passionate group of East Anglian chefs and professional foodies, wanting to make a difference by bringing together our friends and peers across the region’s hospitality and local food & drink sectors, and helping the wider community at large by fundraising as we network and socialise.
Our little celebration lunch in late September to launch Chef East in the company of pioneering friends and benevolent acquaintances set the scene for what we are all about…
That is keen chefs and artisan food producers supporting our charitable efforts and regularly gathering for our bi-monthly networking lunches and an annual programme of exciting initiatives and special events, together highlighting the value of our hospitality and local food & drink sectors.
If you are a head chef, business owner or professional ‘foodie’, and would like to be invited to our supporter lunches and be part of our exciting initiatives, we ask you to support the Chef East charitable fund as a regular donor, please email us to find out more.
Chef East is founded on two levels:
The Chef East charitable fund makes grants to registered charities and good causes across East Anglia through the Norfolk Community Foundation, managing supporter donations on our behalf. Our advisory panel of the Chef East founders and invited representatives meet quarterly.
